Dock line tension adjustments and checks to ensure the dock is secured. Dock recovery is coming soon.
Concierge seasonal make-readies
Stock refrigerators, food, and bars. Set up or restore dock furniture and lake toys. Clean windows. Basic property maintenance and upkeep, plus coordinating housekeeping and lawn care.
Windows, house, and grounds
Clean windows so the lake view is clear. Coordinate housekeeping and lawn care so the property is ready when you pull in.
End-of-season close up
Empty refrigerators, clean and secure dock furniture and toys, coordinate housekeeping and lawn care, and winterize the house.
Mail, photos, and a helping hand
Secure incoming mail. Email or text photos and property status reports. Lend a helping hand or coordinate other services. We know local craftsmen and workers who may be able to help.
